Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is to renovate 9 floors of Walter Creek Center; a 10 story office building constructed in the 1980's. The renovations will maximize & utilize space more effectively & efficiently throughout these 8 floors. Each of the 9 floors will house a different Division & will need to be individually space planned/ programmed accordingly. Each floor is approximately 13,000 Square Feet. The City of Austin, through its Capital Contracting (FSD-CC), is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the selection of engineering services for the above-noted project.
