The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals as required to satisfactorily strip dump beds, racks, and crash cushions to bare metal, prime, and paint standard, tandem, and 4x4 one (1) ton dump beds and make necessary repairs, as needed, on a time and materials basis. Question Deadline: 08/24/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Virtual Pre-Bid Teleconference: A prebid will not be held for this solicitation. The provisions of laws requiring the payment of a prevailing minimum wage rate are incorporated in and expressly made a part of this Contract. The contract shall be for a one (1) year period with the start date to be determined at the time of award. (renewable) The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
