Renovation of a fire / police facility in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
A bid bond for 5% of the project cost is required and must accompany each bid. Bids must be held firm for 90 days beyond the bid opening date. The successful bidder must file a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor & Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance with the Purchasing Agent within 10 days of notice of bid award. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the City's best interests.
