Site work for a water / sewer project in Tooele, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
That Tooele City Corporation (OWNER) will accept bids for construction of the 2023 Well House Concrete Generator Pads according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Paul Hansen Associates and SKM Engineering, and described in general as: Work of this Contract comprises the construction of new concrete pads at nine (9) of the City's existing Wells in preparation for the installation of new backup generators. The project consists of a total of approximately 1,200 square feet of 14" thick reinforced concrete pad with 6" aggregate base, and approximately 3,200 square feet of 6" thick non-reinforced concrete apron with 4" aggregate base. Amount equal to a minimum of five (5) percent of the Bid price The Combined MBE/WBE Goal for this project is 7.0 %
