Site work for a civil project in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Ponderosa Lift Station Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2024 This project utilizes ARPA funds. Major bid items include grading, sanitary sewer, lift stations, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, asphalt paving, and restoration. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Chris Dahl, Village Engineer, at (608) 526-6322. The Village Board, Village of Holmen, Wisconsin reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Village. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. A certified check payable to the Village of Holmen or bid bond executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company in an amount equal to at least 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. The guarantee period for the completed project is three-years. Bidders are not required to file Bidder's Qualification Forms. However, the Village reserves the right to request proof of responsibility and qualification before an award is made.
