Gas service for HVAC units and instantaneous water heaters Refer to plans for additional informaton General Construction: The multi-purpose athletic facility consists of a new 13,667 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with masonry veneer up to 10 feet aound the entire building. Manufactured metal wall panels are placed on the PEMB structure. All roof panels and accessoies, as well as select interior perforated metal liner panels are to be provided by the PEMB manufacturer. Interior wall construction consists of masonry units to underside of the pre-engineered metal roof deck, with select walls switching over to metal stud concrete topping sits in the center of the building, with metal stairs and pipe railing leading up to the mezzanine. New hollow metal door frames with hollow metal doors and steel overhead sectional doors, and aluminum framed storefront system. Athletic equipment for the gym, track, and locker rooms is indicated on the equipment plans. Site Work: Work includes demo of existing gravel and trees, grading, excavation, gravel pavement, concrete pavement/sidewalks, bollards, underground utilities and seeding.
