Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside: the bidder's name and address, and the specific bid number/project description and contractor license number of the enclosed bid included on exterior of envelope. The public bid opening will be held at the job trailer of Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc, 1951 May Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808 beginning at 2:00 p.m. local Baton Rouge time on September 14, 2023, for the following project: UNIVERSITY LAKES FLOOD RISK REDUCTION (ULFRR) PROJECT - PHASE 1 Weir Partial Demolition, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction Interested Contractors shall provide a complete Lump Sum price, including all labor, equipment, material, specialty vendor/supplier, and incidental costs to provide demolition services, complete rehabilitation and reconstruction of the weir structure as detailed in the project drawings and specifications Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, etc. as necessary to perform and complete the work listed below at the University Lakes Flood Risk Reduction Project - Phase 1, FOB project site located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808.
