Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Soldotna, Alaska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,500-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Soldotna hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the City for the construction of an indoor multi-purpose field house. The project includes the construction of an approximately 40,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a three lane elevated running track. Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Public Works Director and shall arrive no later than 4:00 P.M. on August 20, 2023. Questions may be emailed to publicworks@soldotna.org. The subject line of the email must read, Soldotna Field House SOLB 23-15. THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 55,365 SF FIELDHOUSE, SITE ADDITIONS AND UPGRADES AS WELL AS MECAHINCAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS WITHIN THE BUILDING. THE FIELDHOUSE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SPACES: o ELEVATED TRACK o VESTIBULE AND ENTRY AREA o OFFICE o STORAGE o PARTYROOM o RESTROOM AND LOCKER ROOMS
