Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Major Items of work include: 1. Installation of 50kW Natural Gas Generator 2. New main breaker, automatic transfer switch, panel boards, and concrete slab 3. Connection to natural gas service Each BID shall be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a proper Contract and execute Bonds and Guaranty on the forms provided within 10 days after the date CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are received by the CONTRACTOR. Bid securities will be returned to all but the three most qualified, responsible bidders within 7 days after opening of BIDS, and the latter's bid securities will be returned after complete execution of the contract.
