The Project consists of installing approximately 2,505 radio read meters and necessary appurtenances. Contract No. 1-Water Meter Replacement, Estimate=$1,020,000, Contract time=140 days The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: DHA Engineering, LLC, 2323 W. Main St, Ste 227B Dothan, Al 36301, 334-585-5841, emilyamesdha@gmail.com. All bidders must register as an official plan holder with the engineer no later than 48 hours prior to the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
