The City of Thorold seeks bids from qualified contractors for the refacing of the Lock 7 Viewing Centre. The building is located at 50 Chapel Street South and is close to the downtown core. The Lock 7 Viewing Centre is a main attraction for tourists visiting The City of Thorold. The scope of this project includes: - Caulking and sealing of cracks. - Remove and repair of deteriorating stucco on the West side of the building (Chapel Street South facing). - Painting of stucco (2 coats, 2 tone) - Painting of 5 doors and frames (2 coats) Tentatively, construction may commence, but is not guaranteed, by: Monday, October 9th , 2023 Question Deadline: 09/05/2023 at 11:00 AM ET
