Site work for a mixed-use development in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
Hazleton Regional Airport - Fuel Farm Improvements Bids to be submitted on prescribed forms as per Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions. The City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject bids and waive informalities. Bid security of at least 10% of the total bid required with each proposal. Bidders cannot withdraw bids within 60 days after the bid opening. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement, furnish a Contract Bond, and provide required insurance within fifteen (15) days of notification of proposal acceptance. Wages predetermined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Secretary of Labor and Industry to be used in paying labor under the contract. Work under the contract subject to regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual.
