Renovation of an educational facility in Oneonta, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace AC - Schumacher Hall. All work on this Contract is to be completed August 1, 2024. All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Cindy Lehr at Cindy.Lehr@Oneonta.edu and to Dan Harter at Daniel.Harter@Ramboll.com. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is 9/5/23 by 2:00pm. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The University hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned business Enterprises (MBE) participation, 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation and an overall goal of 6% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business enterprises (SDVOB) participation. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
