Reference Number 0000328258 The City of Southfield is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and hourly rates from contractors to provide plumbing services, with an emphasis in sewer and drain cleaning, in accordance with the attached specifications. Companies will be required to enter into a contract and provide proof of insurance. Copies of these requirements have been included for your review. It is the intention to develop a list of qualified plumbing contractors. Questions must be received no later than 5:00 PM on August 28, 2023, and be sent to purchasingdepart@cityofsouthfield.com. Place the name of the bid request in the subject line of the email. Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: 2, 1-year periods *The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid, to split awards by items or lots (unless otherwise stipulated either in the specifications or by the bidder) or to award to other than the low bidder, should any of the foregoing be deemed in its best interests.
