Site work for a mixed-use development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
The work involves removal and replacement of original drainage with new collector piping, trench drains and warning track. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a notarized bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total work contemplated to be done. At the option of the bidder, the guaranty may be a certified check, bank draft, negotiable US Government bonds (at par value), or a bid bond approved by the Corporation Counsel. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in the best interests of the City of Binghamton, New York.
