Notice is hereby given that sealed statements of qualifications for professional services, not subject to bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, will be received by the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners (PVSC), County of Essex and State of New Jersey for consideration of Professional Consulting Services on an as needed basis. Questions regarding Public Law 2005, Chapter 51 (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13-20.25, superseding Executive Order 134 (2004)) including whether all principals of the respondent have submitted the necessary forms should be directed to the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property The State reserves the right to make the determination as to what is proprietary or confidential, and will advise the winning bidder accordingly. The State will not honor any attempt by a winning bidder to designate its entire proposal as proprietary, confidential and/or to claim copyright protection for its entire proposal. In the event of any challenge to the winning bidders assertion of confidentiality with which the State does not concur, the bidder shall be solely responsible for defending its designation.
