**As of October 6, 2023, project was awarded to MCMAHON CONTRACTING LP, awarded amount is $19,332,440.66.** Furnish all labor, material and equipment, and perform all work required for construction of road improvements including: Construction of 8,100 LF of McMillen Road from McCreary Road to Country Club Lane. Project includes replacement of two-lane asphalt road with a four-lane concrete roadway (34,742 CY), pavement repair for existing concrete roadway, drainage system improvements, two 1,100 LF bridges, 5,000 LF of waterline replacement, 3,000 LF of sanitary sewer line replacement, sidewalk improvements, street lights and traffic signal improvements. Project Substantial Completion: 540_Consecutive calendar days Project Final Completion: 720_Consecutive calendar days in the amount of 5% from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas
