The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids to perform TV inspection, cleaning and disposal of materials from various pipelines, and replacement and sealing of Manhole Inverts, all of which shall be performed on an as-needed basis as required and directed by the City, and requires all work necessary or proper for or incidental to this purpose including providing all necessary labor, supervisors, personnel, materials and equipment, including safety equipment and permits required by OSHA for confined space entry when applicable. Inquiries regarding this bid are to be directed Purchasing@framinghamma.gov The awarded contractor shall comply with Mass. Gen. L. Ch. 149, Sec. 26 - 27D, as this contract is subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
