Reference Number 0000254560 In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the Province of Quebec, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking to establish a list of engineering consultants interested in providing low dollar value professional services to meet DND requirements at CFB Bagotville, Quebec as and when required. Lists for the following professional services will be established. 1.Mechanical 2.Electrical 3.Structural Only firms with offices located within a radius of 75 km from CFB Bagotville (Building 62, Ottawa street, Alouette, Quebec, G0V 1A0) will be considered for inclusion on the list. Commissions are expected to be valued between $5,000 to $75,000 $ and should not exceed $100,000. The total amount of opportunities under each professional source list will not exceed $500,000 in value over the life cycle of the list. However, this is not a commitment by DCC to spend this or any amount. Security Requirements There are no security clearance requirements required for inclusion on the source list. However, firms are advised that some commissions may require clearances issued through the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Firms are highly encouraged to obtain their Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) security clearance status from CISD/PSPC. For opportunities containing security requirements, DCC will invite from the Source List the next firm in rotation that holds the required security classification/clearances. DCC reserves the right to initiate commissions with a higher industrial security clearance requirement if required. The Consultant and its key personnel shall comply with all laws, codes, and municipal regulations applicable to the design and, where applicable, shall review the design with the appropriate public authorities for the purpose of applying for and obtaining consents, approvals, licenses, and permits required for the contract.
