1. Work of this contract shall be done as shown on the Project Schedule included in the Bid Documents. Contractor shall include all mobilization and demobilization costs necessary to comply with the project schedule. 2. Each area of work must be manned continually as scheduled until this Bid Package portion of the work is complete so that work of other trades may proceed on schedule. 3. Provide all notifications, permits, submittals, equipment identification, materials, labor transportation, appliances, testing certification and security necessary for the execution of work in this bid package and as shown on the Drawings and Specifications. Prime contractor is responsible for securing all tools, equipment and stored materials until such materials are installed and accepted.
