Principal Features: 1. The work to be performed in connection with this project includes but is not limited an Image Upgrade to the Keesler AFB Express located at the northwest corner of Meadows Drive and Larcher Avenue 2. Improvements will include the following: a. Selective demolition to remove the existing brand wall finishes, equipment, flooring and ceilings b. Remove existing floor tile c. Concrete grind and polish floor finish d. Add QSR with CHOPZ and Hunt Brothers Pizza e. Coordinate casework installation with AAFES casework contractor f. Renovate restrooms g. New framed walls for revised spatial configuration h. Paint walls, soffits, and gypsum board ceilings i. New AAFES provided equipment j. Cooler/freezer front panel and reach-in door replacement and associated equipment by AAFES k. Add level concrete topping for new exterior freezer box l. Add opening in exterior wall in MPA for access to new freezer box m. Add new exterior freezer box and condenser by AAFES n. Minor side wall repair to cut in openings for new exhaust fan o. Make domestic water changes for new QSR and Snack Avenue p. Make sanitary drain changes for new QSR and Snack Avenue q. Make HVAC ductwork and diffuser changes r. Add a new Type II exhaust hood and fan in QSR s. Electrical power and lighting t. Modify the fire sprinkler head locations as required u. Reskin fuel station canopy v. Repaint fuel station columns w. New monument sign footing and power. x.
