Question Deadline 09/05/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Renovate 1st floor of City-Hall Permitting PROJECT LOCATIONS: Allen City Hall 305 Century Parkway Allen, Texas 75013 PROJECT OVERVIEW The City of Allen is seeking to remodel the existing cube system on the 1 st floor of City Hall.. This will involve, carpet, painting, drywall repair, fire sprinklers, lighting, and mechanical systems. DURATION OF AGREEMENT The contract period shall commence on a mutually agreeable date as part of a one-time procurement. Vendor shall be responsible for but not limited to providing labor, materials, equipment and debris haul-off for services throughout the term of the contract to complete the required work. SCOPE OF WORK Per Section V Special Specifications REQUIREMENTS Work shall take place between 7AM to 7PM Monday through Friday. Weekend work is permitted with 48- hour notice. No City observed Holiday work will be permitted Construction Permit is required. There is no cost associated with the permit, but normally contractor fees apply. Haul off and removal of debris is required daily. If needed, a dumpster must be acquired only through Community Waste Disposal (CWD) Any damaged to landscape must be repaired, damaged turf must be replaced only by sod, not by reseeding..
