As of September 25,2023, Consider approval of the selection of US Bridge Division of the Ohio Bridge Corporation in the amount of $76,445.00 to provide materials/suppliies for Bridge 15 reconstruction project. Design, Fabrication, and Delivery of a Pre-engineered, All-Bolted, Prefabricated Steel Beam Bridge Superstructure. This bid shall consist of design, fabrication and delivery of all components and hardware required for the erection of a pre-engineered, all bolted, prefabricated steel beam bridge superstructure. Items shall include girders/stringers, diaphragms, bearing device with anchor bolts, expansion devices, guiderail system on the bridge, and all bolts and hardware necessary for the installation. Bid prices shall be entered in the space provided on the form. An award will be made to the lowest bidder. The successful bidder must provide shop drawings within 21 days ofthe notice to proceed. Submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of the bid form. All bids more than $1,000 must be accompanied by cash, certified check, or bond with corporate surety in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. An award will be made to the lowest bidder. The successful bidder must provide shop drawings within 21 days of the notice to proceed. The Favette Commissioners reserve the rLht to reject an or all bids or parts thereof.
