Site work for a water / sewer project in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes cleaning and televising approximately 73,500 feet of 6" t 12" sanitary sewer; performing necessary point repairs to the existing sewers to facilitate installation of cured-in-place lining; lining approximately 73,000 feet of 8" to 12" sanitary sewers with CIPP and all associated work. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This PROJECT is being funded by a $9,999,075 South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) Grant and a $2,000,000 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan. This project includes cleaning and televising approximately 73,500 feet of 6" to 12" sanitary sewer; performing necessary point repairs to the existing sewers to facilitate installation of cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP); lining approximately 73,000 feet of 8" to 12" sanitary sewers with CIPP and performing all associated work including removing protruding service laterals, re-connecting active service laterals to the lining, and performing product tests; rehabilitating service laterals where deemed necessary; performing manhole rehabilitation work such as coating manholes with cementitious mortar, replacing frames and covers, and rebuilding existing benches and inverts; and performing required restoration work.
