The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority is seeking qualified bids from Asbestos Abatement companies to bid on (select) asbestos abatement services on 3 floors Lead (11) units per floor at Rosedale Towers located at 2314W. 39th Street Kansas City, KS. Abatement will take place in three phases, one floor at a time. Rosedale Towers is a elderly hi-rise located in Kansas City, Kansas. This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations. Prevailing wage must be paid as per Davis Bacon regulations. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids or requests for additional information from any bidder.
