The work includes the transport and preparation of abrasives, snow removal from the roadway and its shoulders, mechanical and chemical de-icing of the roadway, handling of abrasives and melters at the road maintenance center, snow removal from road signs , road cleaning, drainage work, thawing culverts, signaling bumps, repairing potholes and inspecting the road. The contract season begins on October 1 , 2023 and ends on April 30, 2024. The contract can be renewed for two additional periods
