The Housing Authority of the City of Trenton (the Authority or THA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as the People Strategy Planning and Implementation Lead on the Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant and provide Case Management and Coordination Services for the residents in the Donnelly Homes North Trenton Battle Monument Neighborhood in Trenton, NJ. The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified entities to provide services that may include, but are not limited to, the following: General Overview. Trenton Housing Authority (THA) requests proposals from qualified responders to assist the THA in the development, coordination, and implementation of a Choice Neighborhoods (CN) People Strategy Planning and Implementation (PIE) Lead on the Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant. The PIE and case management program aims to help residents of Donnelly Homes and the North Trenton Battle Monument Neighborhood to achieve self- sufficiency and economic independence, to the greatest extent possible. Through the CN program, THA will establish a case management program that will offer various supportive service options, such as early education and tutoring programs, employment preparation and training, health services, etc. Case management services will include a combination of direct service provision and coordination of, and referral to, services that are targeted to each resident The proposer shall be responsible for the placement of his/her firms name on the outside of the proposal envelope. The Authority expressly reserves the right to seek to negotiate any terms of any response to this RFP. The Authority also expressly reserves the right (a) to waive minor irregularities in responses submitted in connection with this RFP; (b) to reject all responses to this RFP, for any reason, and not select any firm; and (c) the Authority expressly reserves the right to withdraw this RFP for any reason.
