**As of October 2, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $196,169.50** Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount from a surety satisfactory to CEDA or by a certified check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount in favor of CEDA. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, Section 3 requirements, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 15% of the contract price. CEDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any technicalities which it deems are in the best interest of CEDA and to consider the competency and responsibility of the bidder before the award of the contract and to award the bid accordingly. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
