Reference Number 0000254605 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/06 12:00:00 PM EDT The McMichael Canadian Art Collection seeks a qualified contractor to supply and install a new boiler. Supply and installation of one new condensing boiler and associated work. Examine the site and existing equipment as required, to ensure appropriate replacement equipment New boiler shall be of equal or higher quality and efficiency to the existing unit. Existing boiler: Fulton Gas Fired Pulse Combustion Boiler Model No. PHW-750 Supply and install new boiler and all associated plumbing, venting and pipework Boiler to have exhaust muffler Maintain in place existing backflow prevention device Install new concrete pad if required Remove and dispose of existing equipment, in an environmentally safe manner Disconnect existing Siemens Apogee BMS control wiring from the existing units, and re-connect to new Complete all commissioning and start-up of new unit Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
