Install comprehensive fire station alerting system that is NFPA compliant. The system should provide automated text-to-speech dispatching as well as lighting, door and gate controls. It should also have the ability to alert personnel through secure mobile application and across existing station displays and radios. The system should provide multiple different types of commercial off the shelf LED lighting that is color changing based on the programming. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to design, build, & install a fire station alerting system as described below. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The proposed solution will design, provide, and install the following capabilities, on LRAFB: - Provide all necessary supplies to include wiring. - Provide Main station control unit capable of digital voice dispatching and text to speech readout of job information. - Must be capable of transmitting digital voice dispatch across radio via donor Motorola radio. - Must have the ability to control station LED lighting and doors. - Must have ability to show response information on station monitors to include countdown timers, maps, and emergency data. - Provide quantity of 60 - commercial off-the-shelf 6-foot 120v powered multi-colored LED Light Strips with wireless connectivity to station alerting control system. - Provide quantity of 1 - commercial off-the-shelf 120v powered desktop multi-colored LED Lights with wireless connectivity to station alerting control system. - Provide comprehensive mobile device app that includes mapping, turn-by-turn navigation, incident information, and internal messaging. - Mobile device app must be adaptable so that each firefighter is only alerted when on duty and for the apparatus the firefighter is riding on that day. - System must be capable of FirstNet compatible cellular backup connectivity - System must be able to accommodate 5 different emergency incident types - LED lighting must be capable of 5 different colors and display a different color based on the emergency type. - Must have ability to integrate hydrant data to mapping. - Must integrate with existing Fire Station PA System. - Must provide 24/7/365 telephone software support for 1 years from installation. - Must provide 1 years of commercial internet connectivity to the system - Must have redundant encrypted data transfer - Any remote access to unit from internet should be initiated through physical access from unit. - Must provide method of alert verification by dispatcher. - Must provide ability for dispatcher to initiate alerts through web-based system. - Must have the ability to integrate and receive response information from external CAD systems All questions are due via email to all POC's listed on the solicitation NLT 09:00 AM (CDT) - 24 August 2023.
