Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders to award a fixed-price construction contract for the execution of the following work: Repair of the parking lot, bus aisle and courtyard, repairs of the water inlet and replacement of the oil tank in asset maintenance at Westwood High School Senior located at 69, Côte Saint-Charles, in Hudson Heights. The opening days and hours of the School Board offices for receiving submissions are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The bidder is responsible for obtaining acknowledgment of receipt when submitting their bid. The bid envelopes will be opened publicly at the same time and place, in the presence of a witness. In the event that the School Board has to close its doors due to exceptional circumstances, the deadline and time for receiving and opening bids will be postponed to the next working day, at the same location. EXPECTED DURATION OF WORK The work required under this call for tenders will begin on June 26, 2024 and must be fully completed no later than October 4, 2024, the date on which provisional acceptance must be carried out. RESERVE The School Board does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received. The School Board reserves the right to make changes to the tender documents before the time and deadline set for receipt of tenders and to modify the deadline for receipt of tenders.
