Kent County Levy Court, Office of Facilities Management is soliciting detailed proposals from qualified Firms capable of providing the Design and Construction of a 2400 Square Foot Pole Building. The Firm shall provide complete Design Services, Site Work, Mechanicals & Electrical, Interior and Exterior Finishing, and Fit-out. Building to be built on the grounds of the existing Kent County Administrative Complex located at 555 Bay Rd, Dover, DE 19901 (2-05-07700-01-1901-000) Submissions received after the deadline will NOT be accepted or considered. *All prospective respondents must submit a mandatory Letter of Intent to Submit a Proposal, no later than 4 p.m., September 14, 2023.
