Reference Number 00003689888 The Visitor Centre at Fort William Historical Park (FWHP) is a modern building with an area of approximately 15,800 square feet. The Visitor Centre is an Assembly Occupancy and contains a large multi-purpose hall, ticketing office, gift shop and commercial kitchen. The existing HVAC system at the Visitor Centre was installed over 25 years ago and many components have reached the end of their useful life, require replacement, and do not meet current energy efficiency standards. Detailed design and project management Obtain all required permits Decommissioning, demolition and removal of existing equipment Supply and installation of new equipment and controls fully compatible with existing building automation system Repair, patching and painting of any damaged areas and complete cleanup of all impacted surfaces and areas Startup, air balancing and testing of newly installed equipment Identify and obtain all applicable municipal, provincial and federal incentives for all utilities (e.g., Save On Energy Retrofit Program and others) Supply and install all required equipment, provide all labour and equipment and clean up to the satisfaction of FWHP management.
