Reference Number 0000328413 The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction to install one (1) actuated stainless steel slide gate within the existing Big "C" Regulator Structure and two (2) stailess steel flap gates within the Beaver Creek Outfall are to the Hudson River and three (3) flow monitoring systems within existing combined sewer manhole structures at Arch Street, Green Street and Rensselaer Street. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
