Cashier's check or bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount, not exceeding $10,000 Non-Collusion Affidavit, One Hundred Percent (100 %) Performance Bond, One Hundred Percent (100 %) Payment Bond, evidence of insurance The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive technical errors Scope of Work: Provide and install a whole building generator (level 1 per NFPA 110) backup system for the Bessemer Recreation Center located at 100 14th Street Bessemer, AL 35020. Work to include the following: Provide and install new 600kw diesel generator on a cast in place reinforced concrete pad in NEMA 3R enclosure with 1200/3 100% rated LSIG Breaker with ground fault annunciation only. The generator is to be provided with a diesel skid tank with usable fuel to provide 72 hours of operation at full load. Per NFPA 110 with 1.33% of 72 hours. Provide and install new 1200-amp open transition isolation bypass automatic transfer switch with 1200/3 100% rated LSI service entrance rated main breaker on normal side in NEMA 3R enclosure. Provide and install grounding. Provide and install conduit and conductors from existing utility transformer to normal side of ATS. Provide and install conduit and conductors from new generator to emergency side of ATS. Provide and install conduit and conductors from load side of ATS to existing 1200-amp switchboard. Provide and install remote generator annunciator. Provide and install generator emergency shut-off switch with conduit and conductors as required. Provide and install new wall mounted wall pack with battery backup on building near generator and ATS. Provide and install all conduit and conductors for generator annunciation and ATS start circuits. Provide and install monitor ZAMs with connection to fire alarm system for notification of generator major and minor alarms. Replace all damaged landscape, vegetation, and hardscape in kind.
