Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to to repair (by replacement) the failing roof on transient training company headquarters facility (Bldg. 670) at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, Nebraska. The existing layer of asphalt shingles shall be removed down to the wood deck. This includes the underlayment, valley flashing, gable, eave and roof penetration flashings and any ice and water shields. The new roof systems will consist of architectural asphalt shingles, ridge vents, ice & water shields, gable valley and eave flashing, underlayment and the replacement of any fascia identified in plans or specifications.
