Orange County Convention Center West Water Fountain Eco-Friendly Sustainability Upgrade (Y24-729) The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is replacing the standard height drinking fountains with a bottle filler in 46 locations in the West Concourse Building. Existing fountains will be retrofitted with a bottle filler in the standard height drinking fountain location while the ADA fountain remains in place. The Estimated Cost for this project is $443,681.00 Question Deadline 11/06/2023 at 5:00 PM The question and answer module of ProcureNow OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. Should the Contractor fail to substantially complete all Work under this Contract and make the project available for beneficial use on or before the date stipulated for Substantial Completion (or such later date as may result from extension of time granted by County), he shall pay and/or the County may retain from the compensation otherwise to be paid to the Contractor, as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day Orange County will bear the cost of all permits, licenses, and fees imposed on the work/project by agencies of the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. This does not alleviate the selected Respondent from obtaining and procuring the permits, as required by the County. Orange County reserves the right, and the Manager of the Procurement Division, has the absolute and sole discretion to cancel a solicitation at any time prior to approval of the award by the Board of County Commissioners when such approval is required.
