Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmsford, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project is requested for rehabilitation projects on the Bronx River Parkway. This project will provide a life span of 15 to 20 years on the asphalt surface. This project includes resurfacing, drainage, implementation of stormwater management practices as required by NYSDEC regulations, guiderail replacement, and installation of reflectorized pavement markings and shoulder repairs. As of December 20, 2024, this project is included in the Westchester County's FY 2024-2028 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
