Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Celina, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a 100-acre playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; recreation facility; for the construction of a theater / auditorium; and water / sewer project.

Plans call for 100-acre park including multi-use fields, nature play, ring road, concession, restrooms, a playground trail, disc golf, baseball fields, pickleball courts and an amphitheater. Other plan calls for Diamonds for baseball and softball fields for soccer, football and cricket; and courts for pickleball, tennis and basketball. The project will be located at the corner of the future Sunset Boulevard and Roseland Parkway. As of October 2, 2024, this project is in initial stage of planning. It is currently unknown what approvals have been obtained. The Celina City Council Adopted a master plan on July 11, 2024, Council Meeting. Further details regarding firm construction have not been released. The first phase is expected to be complete by May 2026, in time to open for Summer 2026. Final phase is set to be completed in October 2027.
