Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hollandale, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
ESSER Upgrades and Improvements at Hollandale School District All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. This security can be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or a Bid Bond from a licensed Mississippi business. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00 per day will be assessed for each calendar day the work is not substantially complete. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. These bonds must be from a company licensed to do business in Mississippi.
