Reference Number 0000328422 The City of Oak Park in partnership with the Oak Park Corridor Improvement Authority (CIA) is requesting proposals for the summer planting program at various locations throughout the City. The work is outlined in the RFP and may include all of the following services: landscaping of median islands on Nine Mile Road and 4 City welcome signs. The following stipulations are included and must be part of the proposal: Bids are to include the entire scope of the proposal. Bids offering only parts or sections will not be considered. The City of Oak Park is a government agency and pricing should be tax exempt. Services must be completed by October 30, 2023. In order to verify payment, Contractor shall complete and email log sheets of work performed. Log sheets shall indicate date, location, quantities used and work completed. Schedule and work activities must be conducted Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The City will not provide equipment or material storage facilities for the contractor unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
