Reference number: 1755990 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-09-01 This project consists of repairing the concrete slabs, ramps and stairs of blocks B and D at the Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé located at 1755 Bd Rene-Laennec, Laval, QC H7M 3L9. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a hospital which remains occupied for the duration of the work. The work consists of, but is not limited to: o The provision of all permits other than the required building permit, including related documents; o The demolition of the elements; o Temporary works; o Containment work relating to the fight against infections; o Containment work relating to user safety; o Drillings; o The coordination of the work according to the phasing and the schedule to be provided by the contractor; o Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings on request; o Waste removal; o Daily and final cleaning of the site; o The supply of documents relating to the documentation and closure of the site. *Award is subject to final approval.
