Medical Science Building Phase 1 Bid Package 5 The project consists of renovation and remodel of the approximately 58,780 square feet of laboratory and office space on the basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor and roof of the Medical Science Building. Bid Package 5 is for the Drywall/Ceilings and Lab Casework/Lab Equipment, which includes the following work packages: 09.5 - Drywall/Ceilings 12.5 Lab Casework/Lab Equipment This is a construction management at risk project. THERE IS NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR. All Contractors on this Project are considered Trade Contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project. The Project will be managed and coordinated by RCC. All RFIs/Clarifications are due to River City Construction no later than September 1, 2023 at 2:00PM. The intent is to issue an addendum with all RFIs and Clarifications answered no later than September 6, 2023. All RFIs shall be sent to Kelly Hequembourg at khequembourg@rccllc.com. The project will have a goal of 10% MBE, 10% Combined WBE, DBE, Veteran Owned Business and 3% SDVE diversity participation.
