**As of September 25, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Roof Replacement and related work A certified check or bank draft, payable to Ripley Gas& Water, Ripley, TN, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
