Bank Stabilization Work 2023 is three erosion control projects along the Columbia River within Chelan County. Work includes approx. 180 feet at Entiat Park, 250 feet at Stemilt Creek (Historical Site 45CH302 Area B Site 2 near the intersection of Malaga Road and Malaga/Alcoa Highway, and 1150 feet at Confluence State Park. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to site preparation, water work measures, TESC, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, material placement, planting, irrigation, site restoration, and site improvements.
