Renovation of a municipal facility in McMinnville, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Warren County, TN is seeking requests of qualifications from Engineering firms to provide expert assistance services to include but not limited to interior/exterior renovations related to American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (Cares) Act funding for the Warren County Health Department. The purpose of this request is to begin obtaining adequate information by which the County may evaluate the various services offered by potential/engineering firms. Warren County, Tennessee reserves the right to waive any formalities, to accept or reject any or all responses, to accept or reject any item thereon, to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Warren County, and/or to abandon or postpone this project without any obligation to responders. The method has not been determined.
