**As of February 23, 2024 Proj is not yet been awarded.** Westampton Complex Upgrades Phase 2: Human Services Building Interior Renovation Interior renovation of existing Human Services Building, restrooms and tenant spaces for the County of Burlington Westampton, NJ. Work includes demolition, framing, new partitions, new interior finishes, doors, water closets, lavatories, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection and related equipment and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All solicitations are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the vendor to check the website for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date. Failure to do so could result in rejection of your bid submission. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000 and shall be made payable to the Burlington County Treasurer. Upon failure to complete work within the schedule of time as adjusted by the Owner/Architect, the contractor shall pay, as liquidated damages to the Owner (which amount is not a penalty) for each calendar day that the work remains unfinished, the sum of $2,000.00 per calendar day. When applicable, the contractor shall pay the latest prevailing wage rates, for projects in excess of $2,000.00 as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry of the State of New Jersey, for the locality in which the work is to be performed pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56, 25 et. seq.). The County reserves the right to award the contract to the bidder submitting the most favorable aggregate bid. Construction of this proMect shall be a combined effort between the lowest responsible bidder and County forces. Please pay attention to the below as you are not bidding on construction of the entire proMect as delineated in the drawings and specifications. The lowest responsible bidder shall be required to SUPPLY AND INSTALL the following in its entirety: x Complete restroom renovations for all floors as delineated in the contract documents including but not limited to: pipe, fittings, fixtures, toilet partitions, grab bars, toilet accessories, showers, mechanical modifications, electrical work, ceiling work, and tile work. x All HVAC Modifications for all work locations. x Porcelain/Ceramic Tile and Tile Base x Construction of the Family Restroom and Lactation Suite have been removed from this contract.
