This Project includes all work associated with the CONCRETE PARKING LOT AND SIDEWALK REPAIRS at Parkersburg Housing as described on the drawings and specifications and all associated work as shown on drawings prepared by Adkins Design, Inc. for a complete project. Duration of the Contract is 90 consecutive calendar days. This includes weekends and holidays. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to determine if work needs to be performed during these times in order to meet the construction time limit. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after submittals are approved, a Construction Schedule is provided, items ordered and received and the Contractor is ready to begin work. Submittals must be processed within 15 days of contract signing.Form of Bid - New Form of Bid was distributed Lump-Sum Base Bid Duration of Contract 90 consecutive calendar days Liquidated Damages $250 per day A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bonds as outlined in the specifications will be required.
