An existing exterior pipe fence approximately 891 feet long (x 2
lengths) needs to be built up an additional 2 feet high. PLUS an
approximate 365 feet of existing alley fence will need to be built
up an additional 1 foot high. New height of fences will be of 2
7/8" pipe - Existing fence is currently 59 inches tall on average, of
2 3/8" Pipe.
Additionally, a new 7 foot tall fence will be constructed with 2
7/8" Pipe. Total feet of new constructed fence is approximately
2,650 feet in length. Cross Bars will be spaced 14 inches on
center, including top rail. Fence Posts (2 7/8" Pipe Posts) will be
spaced 8 feet apart. All fence posts buried 4 feet deep with
concrete.
As well as construction of a load out alley that is 6 foot tall, built
with 3.5" Pipe brace posts (9 brace posts total) and 6 total 2 7/8"
cross bars of different lengths, approximately 42 feet in total alley
fence length.
12 feet of space will be added for each of 4 gates hung from center
of new construction dividing fence, and offset back, which will be
constructed at West back pen, West front pen, East back pen and
East front pen.
Overheads for gates will be constructed of a one 2 7/8" pipe on
each side and top, 12 feet tall.
This bid does not include construction of gates.
Bidder should provide projected start and end date of construction. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies and supervision to complete the entire project. Interested bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive. The lowest most responsive, responsible bid will be the determining factor in awarding this bid taking Indian Preference into consideration. The successful bidder will be issued an agreement and a purchase order incorporating the bid response.
