Reference Number 0000328270 The City of Manitou Springs, Colorado is in need of an update to regulatory mechanisms required by the Municipal Separated Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit. The update process will be coordinated with the Planning and Public Works Departments. The scope of services will consist of updates to: A. Municipal Code, to include evaluation of current code, proposal and subsequent adoption of updates to the code. B. Plan Review Processes, to include proposed process improvements and the development of internal and external facing user checklists to complement the revised processes. C. Recordkeeping, to include recommendations for the development of a recordkeeping system to be in compliance with state standards and best practices. D. Inspection Procedures, to include written procedures and training for designated staff. E. MS4 Program Description Document, to include compliance with PDD standards in the event one is requested by the Water Quality Control Division.
